SUPER LINER CabinProtect™ · Full Cabin Protection System

Not Just Floor Mats.
Full Cabin Protection.

A cabin does not wear horizontally. It wears where shoes cross the door sill, where knees rub the console, where grit collects in the seat rails — and several inches past the edge of any ordinary mat. CabinProtect™ is built to reach those surfaces.

What CabinProtect™ is

A System, Not a Mat.

An ordinary floor mat protects one horizontal surface. CabinProtect™ treats the cabin as a connected set of surfaces — floor, walls, sills, console faces and cargo areas — and protects them as one system with a single material and a single finish. Each vehicle gets its own scan and its own tooling; the principle stays the same.

Raised side-wall panels
Front liners continue up the footwell walls instead of stopping at the carpet edge — the surface a mat leaves fully exposed.
Door-to-door second row
One piece across the whole second-row floor. No centre seam to trap grit, no gap over the tunnel.
Console side protection
Panels for the vertical console faces the driver's right knee and passenger's left rub against on every drive.
Cargo included, not added
Rear trunk and frunk are part of the same system, molded and finished to match the cabin pieces.
Protection that follows the cabin, not just the floor.
CabinProtect console side panel and raised footwell wall protection in a Tesla cabin
Console side panel and raised footwell wall — vertical surfaces no floor mat reaches.
Where wear actually happens

Six Surfaces a Floor Mat Never Touches

A footwell mat protects the one surface your shoes land on flat. These six zones are where an interior actually degrades first — and the reason CabinProtect™ exists. They are the same six in every car; only the geometry changes.

Front door sill protected by CabinProtect
01
Front Door Sills
The first surface every shoe crosses. Grit gets ground into the sill trim on every entry and exit.
Second-row door sill protected by CabinProtect
02
Second-Row Sills
Worse than the front, because passengers swing their feet across instead of stepping down.
Centre console side wall protected by a CabinProtect panel
03
Console Side Walls
The driver's right knee and the passenger's left rub here constantly. Scuffs here never buff out.
Area beneath the front seats covered by CabinProtect
04
Beneath the Seats
Where everything that rolls off a mat ends up — and where an ordinary mat stops several inches short.
Seat rails with CabinProtect coverage extending underneath
05
Seat Rails
Exposed metal tracks trap sand and salt, then grind it into the carpet every time a seat moves.
Cargo deck and seat backs protected by CabinProtect
06
Cargo Deck & Seat Backs
Groceries, gear and folded seats. The one zone most owners only think about after the first spill.
CabinProtect™ covers all six. Five of them are vertical or marginal surfaces — sills, walls, console faces, seat rails, the carpet beyond the mat edge — which is exactly what a horizontal mat cannot reach, no matter how well it fits the footwell.
Fitment

Find Your Vehicle

CabinProtect™ is tooled per interior, not adapted between them. Because the system protects vertical surfaces as well as the floor, the panels must match one specific cabin exactly — which is why each vehicle arrives as its own system rather than a universal fit.

Elite Kit or Elite Plus?

Identical cabin protection in both. The only thing Elite Plus adds is trunk organisation — two lidded storage bins molded from the same TPE, so loose cargo stops sliding around the boot.

Two philosophies

CabinProtect™ or MoldedFit™?

Both are single-layer TPE, both drop in without tools, and both carry the lifetime warranty. CabinProtect™ asks how much more of the cabin can be protected. MoldedFit™ asks how refined a floor liner can be. Neither is the entry model.

Coverage or refinement. If the vertical surfaces matter to you — sills, walls, console faces — CabinProtect™ is the only system that reaches them.

One Layer of TPE. No Laminate, No Filler.

Every CabinProtect™ piece is a single layer of 100% eco-friendly TPE. Not a laminate, not a foam-cored sandwich, not rubber with a coating. One material means nothing to delaminate, nothing to absorb odour between layers, and nothing to separate after a few freeze-thaw cycles.

That matters more on a full-cabin system than on a floor mat, because the vertical panels flex every time a knee or a shoe presses against them. A laminated panel eventually splits at the bond line; a single-layer molded panel simply flexes and returns.

Practically: waterproof, genuinely odourless, flexible in deep winter cold, dimensionally stable in summer heat, PVC-free and cadmium-free. To clean, pull the piece out, rinse or wipe it down, dry, drop it back in — no shampoo, no extraction, no drying rack.

CabinProtect™ Questions, Answered

A full cabin protection system covers the interior surfaces that wear, not just the footwell floor. Ordinary floor mats protect one horizontal plane. A cabin, however, degrades at its edges and verticals: door sills where shoes cross, footwell side walls, centre console faces where knees rub, seat rails that trap grit, the carpet that continues past the mat edge, and the cargo deck.

CabinProtect™ protects all six of those zones as one system — same material, same finish, molded to the same interior scan — rather than as a mat plus a series of unrelated accessories.

Three structural differences. Raised side-wall panels continue up the footwell instead of stopping at the carpet edge. A one-piece second-row liner runs door to door with no centre seam to trap grit. Console side panels protect the vertical faces a mat cannot reach at all.

Rear trunk and frunk liners are part of the same system rather than separate purchases, so the material, texture and finish match throughout the cabin.

The cabin protection is identical. Both include the same floor liners with raised side-wall panels, the same one-piece second-row liner, the same console side panels, rear trunk, frunk, under-trunk tray and seat back protectors.

Elite Plus adds two lidded rear trunk storage bins — nine pieces becomes eleven. Molded from the same TPE and finished to match, they keep loose cargo from sliding around the boot. That is the only difference between the two.

Available now: Tesla Model Y Juniper, 2025–2026, Premium and Performance trims including Launch Series.

In development: Tesla Model 3 Highland (2024–2026). Under evaluation: Model Y Standard and Model Y L.

CabinProtect™ is tooled per interior rather than adapted between them — because the system protects vertical surfaces, the panels must match one specific cabin exactly. There is no universal-fit version, and there will not be one.

Each system requires a full 3D scan of the interior and its own injection tooling for every panel — floor liners, side walls, console faces and cargo pieces. That is a materially larger investment than a floor mat, which is why systems arrive one vehicle at a time rather than all at once.

If your vehicle is not listed, the MoldedFit™ range may already cover it, or tell us which car you drive — demand genuinely determines what gets tooled next.

Choose CabinProtect™ if you want the vertical surfaces covered: footwell walls and console sides. It is the only SUPER LINER system that reaches them.

Choose MoldedFit™ if you want the floor liner itself refined — soft-touch premium TPE, low-gloss finish — and the freedom to size coverage from 3 to 13 pieces, from $179.99. MoldedFit™ is also the range that offers door sill protectors.

Neither is the entry model. They answer different questions.

A single layer of 100% eco-friendly TPE — no laminate, no foam core, no coating. This matters more on a full-cabin system than on a floor mat: the vertical panels flex every time a knee or shoe presses against them, and a laminated panel eventually splits at the bond line. A single-layer molded panel flexes and returns.

PVC-free, cadmium-free, fully waterproof, genuinely odourless, recyclable.

Pull the piece out, rinse it with water or wipe it down, let it dry, drop it back in. No chemicals, no shampoo, no extraction, no drying rack. Raised half-inch edges and deep molded channels hold water, mud, snow, sand and spills above the carpet until you deal with them.

No tools, no trimming, no adhesive. Remove your existing mats, set each piece over the vehicle's own retention points, press the perimeter into position so the walls seat against the interior. Because every piece is molded to the interior scan, alignment is largely automatic — there is only one way it sits correctly.

No. The panels are molded to the console's own vertical faces and sit flush against them, clear of the cup holders, wireless chargers, USB ports and the rear-facing vents. They add protection without adding bulk into the footwell space.

A Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects — if a piece cracks, deforms or fails under normal use we replace it, with no time limit — plus a 30-day fit guarantee: if the fit is not right, return it for a full refund. Full terms on our warranty and returns page.
